Understanding your concern. As per your query pain in jaw radiating to the head seems to be due to bruxism, stress (common) ,anxiety , misalignment of teeth and sleeping problems . The pain is never pinpoint it radiate to surroundings. I would suggest you to :
- Keep your stress level low by doing exercises ,yoga or
meditation , this alone can solve your entire problem.
- You can also take the help of
psychiatrist .
- Take over the counter sleeping pills .
- Start taking ibuprofen .
- Give warm compresses to face.
If problem persist for a week then you have to
consult dentist and
ENT specialist for proper diagnosis of condition. Doctor may correct misalignment (if it is a problem) of your teeth by referring you to orthodontist , may prescribe
muscle relaxant or give you night guard.
