What Causes Pain In Joint, Bones And Muscles?

I am 24 yr old male and I have been aching in my joints, bones, and muscles for 4 months now. I'm on anti-inflammatories and that's the only way I can even get up in the morning. I have chronic inactive hepatitis b and doctors say I won't have symptoms since I'm just a carrier for the virus. I have been tested for arthritis And a number of common infections and they still don't know what's wrong. Help me please.
