What Causes Pain In Joints All Over The Body?

my joints ache and so does my entire bone structure but i have no fever or infection...do i need to see a doctor? what could it be...pain is hightened in the evening and early mornings...certain joints are painful to pressure..especially hands and feet...I am 39 years old ..female
