What Causes Pain In Joints Along With Cramps In Hands And Feet?
hi doctor ,my name is salam . Past 3 month i having joint pain muscle pain cramping on hand and feet and i cannot breath well ., doctor told me i have hypothyrodiam my tsh level was 20 now am feeling tired and i cannot breath well what shoul i do ? Pleas advise

The symptoms seem to be related to the hypothyroidism. I recommend to use medications such as Levothyroxine. I also recommend to eat a diet with healthy food options, including eggs, meat, fish, most fruits and vegetables, gluten-free grains and seeds and non-caffeinated beverages.
