What Causes Pain In Joints And Bones?

Hello doctor, i m 49 years old female. Last mont I was suffering from joint and muscle pain. For few ddays i was unable even to move my body, initial one physcian diagnose it as chicken guinea and gave me pain killers in to saline. bcoz of that my body got swollen. I changed doctor and he prescribed me diclofenace and then voveran SR. But even after month of that i didn't get relief so went to osteologist and he diagnose Ruematoid arthritis. Is it any possibility of having false positive result due to chicken guinea? Also note that i m also suffering from ulcerative colitis from last 8 years and histectomized two years ago. mecacol is priscribed drug for me along with folic acid and levogen. and all the doctors prescribed me only diclofenac in different forms.
