What Causes Pain In Joints And Stiffness In Back?

Popping joints with no inflamation, pain in joints and stiffness in back and ankles. and new symptom of my tendons going over the top of my knuckles when I close my left hand coupled with deep dips between the knuckles that I do not have in the right. what could be wrong?
