What Causes Pain In Knee Even After Total Knee Replacement Surgery?

I was operated by Dr. Naveen Talwar and Dr. P.S. Maini for total knee replacement on 27 November, 2006. after coming back to Canada. I continued to have pain and got done x ray of the knee. my Orthopedic Surgeon in canada told me that the Doctor Talwar in Ganga Ram hospital only did partial knee replacement and not total knee replacement and that is why i have this knee pain. it is hard to believe that a highly reputed hospital like Ganga Ram can do such a cheating. also advise me of the qualifications of Dr. naveen Talwar.
