What Causes Pain In Knee Having Creatinine Level Of 1.2?

sir ,my weight is 98 kg and age is 56 years iam on medicine given below atenetol 50 mg clopid 75 mg cardac 5 mg amolodipine 10 mg nautilax 15 mg and 10 mg rovacar and now i started pain in my left knee due to over weight and taking paracetmol and diclofanec when pain in my leg and went for wax treatment of liquid in phy siotherapy lab in base hospital advised exercises for knee my latest reports are thyroid normal serum cholestrol 155 serum triglycerides 75 serum hdl 42 urea 25 creatine 1.2 uric acid 4.3 urinre re/me nad blood fasting 86 and sugar pp 126 hb 16 g/100 ml wbc 8400 ,n 63percent e 04 percent m03 percent l ymo 30 percent aec 450 total billiubin .6 total protein 7.6 albumin 4.1 globulin 3.5 sgot 22 sgpt 24 and bp is 130/90 after taking medicine iam constantly on above quoted medicine kindly advice me how to reduce weight with diet sheet and suffering from cva and had a maxilla fracture in 1994 in delhi kindly advise me should i continue all medicine or leg pain is due to all medicine or shoul i stop taking calcium tablet also now due change in climate iam feeling less pain in legs somtimes doctor has advised me in base hos pital to continue all medicine kindly advice me how to reduce weight and avoid cva iam retired personnel from IAF THANKING YOU
