What Causes Pain In Knee When Folding It?

hiii my name is anish my knee has been in problem since 2-3 yrs and now when i fold my knee it hurts and even pains a lot and when i try to squat it pains again and i cannot put my body weight on my right knee i am a football player so im having a lot of problem please help me
