What Causes Pain In Knee With A Nerve Damage?

i can't sit with out my right leg being crossed or stand for a long time. I had a C-section 2yrs ago and i been experiencing alot of pain in my knee,calf,and back,also my hip all on the right side, i also had some nerve damage on my outter thigh because of the epidural.please help
