What Causes Pain In Knees After Walking?

Hiiii, i am Manish, 24years old, i donated blood nearly 13 days back and it was my fourth time voluntary blood donation, nearly for last 10 days i feel continuous pain in knees after nearly a Km walk and it remains for 3-4 hours. what could be the reason for this? I never felt this in earlier donation.
