What Causes Pain In Knees And Abdomen?

I have pain in my right knee i'm 40 yrs.old i've gone to the emergency rm sevver times and was given pain meds,which don't help even the lortab 10, i hate taking narcotic pain meds,because they just slow you down so I take about 1000mg of ibuprphen up to 3 timea day now that dosen't help either ,it slows the pain for about an hour, I know it not wise to take this much over the counter meds but I don't know what else to try. now my stomach hurts on the left side like in my ovaries or uterus could this be caused from taking the meds for my knee. The last month or so I haven't taken anything over 800mg once a day but now both te pain in my knee and front abdomen hut so bad
