What Causes Pain In Left Arm And Chest?

Hi I have been experienncing a nagging left arm pain belching and sometimes pain on my left chest. I am concerned as I have done bloods and a resting ECg and that seemed fine except for my cholesterol level being a bit elevated. Is there any other tests that I could do?

3 A 40 minute physical activities every day like brisk walk, evening walk or a visit to a gym or swimming pool help.
