Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a pain in my left arm, feel nauseas in the morning and also stomach pains and dizzy just in the mornings went for an ecg twice in last week and the doctor said my heart is fine what can it be. I have got high blood, but get tretment for that.
After reading your post, I would advise that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated. Your symptoms can be due to cervical spondylosis.
I would advise that you should get an MRI of head and neck done.
You can take a painkiller like Ibuprofen twice daily after meals along with an antacid like Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg. Betahistine 16mg will help in controlling dizziness.
You should avoid working on computers for long. Also avoid sleeping on thick pillow.
I hope this is helpful to you. Thanks.
