What Causes Pain In Left Arm When Lifting Or Straightening It?

I found out that my neck is 180 degrees in the opposite place it should be. And my left arm, I can't straighten and lift without horrible pain. I'm searching the internet to see if the two are related. I also have urinary retention, and all these issues started at the same time, about 2 months ago.
