General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

Sounds to me like a gastric issue; as far as I can guess you would also be experiencing gastric symptoms like heartburn, bitter taste in your mouth from regurgitation of water or food into your mouth, abdominal bloating, increased gas, etc. If so please visit a doctor for further management and you can start lansoprazole once daily, drink plenty of water, avoid spicy food, avoid alcohol and smoking, avoid oily or fried food, avoid stress and eat light (5-6 times a day).

Best wishes
