What Causes Pain In Left Buttock?

I have this pain in my left buttocks that never seems to go away and I have a hard time walking. I am always tired. It feels like I have inflammation or infection but I don t feel the temperature. The doctor couldn t find anything wrong when I got an x-ray done.

Well come to HCM
Such symptom could be due to some muscular spasm or could be sciatica in either case pain can be best managed with the medicine given below
1) Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg three times in day
2) Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day
physiotherapy some time helps a lot and worth trying, hope this information helps, take care.
