What Causes Pain In Left Hand And A Painful Lump In The Inner Joint?
I have pain in my left hand when used certain ways and there s a recently-formed lump next to (inner side) the joint where the finger joins the hand It is burning and painful to the touch and sending aches down my left pointer finger. THis looks like something that could be seen via MRI or x-ray. Not sure if it s related, but I also have soft lump (larger and less raised. than the finger one), that formed about 4 months ago. My doctor told me it is a harmless cyst. I also have a herniated disc around L4/L5, on the left side, which is causing problems for my left leg and ankle. The disc happended last September. Seeing a neuro surgeon about the disc. Should I ask about teh finger lump. Any idea what it is?
