What Causes Pain In Left Leg With MRI Showing Inflammation In Both Abductors?

I am a physio who has a patient with leg pain and weakness following TVOT sling three weeks ago. MRI showed mild inflammation in right and left adductors, but pain only on left side, in groin, medial thigh, and calf. Grade three strength in quads and adductors, but can t flex hip to take a step. Normal reflexes, sensation a little dull on left side but otherwise normal. Have you seen anytng like this before? Has had orthpaedic and neuro consultations, being put down to functional . Patient understandably distraught. Sharyn Sorry, didn t know you had to pay. Can t do that.
