General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Consult a general surgeon and get a mammogram done.
As of now you can take analgesics like Mefenemic acid for pain relief.
Most probably it can be cyclical Mastalgia and will settle by itself.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
