What Causes Pain In Left Shoulder Radiating To Collar Bone And Neck?

5 days ago I started having pain in left shoulder, left collar bone up to the left side of my neck, to include left side of my throat (pain when swallowing). Also pain in left palm and left wrist. Also, an increase in headaches. I am 61 years old, normally in very good health. I exercise 3 times weekly. What could possibly be wrong? Thank you. Email: YYYY@YYYY

Hello,

I think you should do a x-ray of thorax and left shoulder joint. It can be costochondritis causing this pain. You can use anti-inflammatory drugs such ibuprofen or naproxen for pain.
