What Causes Pain In Left Shoulder Radiating Towards Back And Night Sweats?

I have been having pain in my left shoulder blade for a year now. Something has been blocking my throat for a few months now. The pain is spreading through all my back now. I have had regular night sweats as well. Doctors are putting everything on the count of stress whereas I feel something is fundamentally wrong.

I really appreciate your concern, such pain could be due to fibromyalgia and this is kind of functional condition try to low down the stress, try some relaxation therapy, yoga meditation, else pain can be managed with any NSAID (Non steroid anti-inflammatory drugs ) hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
