What Causes Pain In Left Side And Center Of Chest Along With Shoulder?

i am having mild pain in the left chest, center chest, and left shoulder areas. I have been to the hospital and the MD. They have done stress tests, EKG s, given prilosec and zantac, and also overnight heart monitoring, they say everything is fine and I have a healthy heart. Problem is I am still having this pain. I am a non smoker and non drinker, a little over weight. I need to have an idea of what I need the MD to test for when I go back this tuesday.

As you EKG and other tests are normal then cardiac issue is being ruled out. This type of pain cab be caused by any anomaly around heart, in lungs or in your gut like pericarditis, pleuritis, gestro esophageal reflux disease, muscle strain in rib muscles, trauma, shingles. But i hope you are okay just having a muscle spasm or some minor gut problem.
