What Causes Pain In Left Side Of Chest And Back?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...Hello I am a woman of 38 years old and I have pains to the left side of my chest and back. I have seen my doctor and one recommended by my sister-in-law. My private doctor gave me pain killers and my recommended doctor gave me Arcoxia which I have stopped taking because of the side effects. I have also taken an EGC test and it came back normal and a Helicobacter Pylori test and it came back positive. My Biochemistry results came back at a normal range. Today after I had lunch and did house work the left side of my chest and back started hurting again and when I lied down flat or on my left side I am having trouble breathing.
