What Causes Pain In Left Side Of Chest And Ribs?

yesterday in the morning,when i was wake up i felt so much pain in the left portion of the body in the chest and also in ribs and i also felt problem in taking breath then i consulted a doctor and he gave me some medicines 1 tube to apply on the chest and ribs he told me to take some blood tests and digital X-ray P.a view all blood reports are normal and x-ray is also normal with hilar shadow prominent with para hilar haziness and today moarning when i wake up then i felt pain down from the backbone a the right hand side and in the moarning the pain from the chest and ribs decreases so much but at the time of cough i am felling pain in the chest and ribs i am doing exercise daily but doctor told me do not do any movement and also told me for coplete bed rest what is the problem with me please tell me my email id is YYYY@YYYY

it's muscular pain only take some muscle relaxants.....nd avoid exercise for a week n avoid posture which makes you to have pain
