What Causes Pain In Left Side Of Ribs When I Inhale Deeply?

For About 4 Days I ve been Experiencing Pain in My Left Side from The Front Half To The Back Half Of Where My Ribs Are Locatated, EveryTime I Inhale Deeply, Try To Yawn Or Laugh, i Can Touch Around The Area And Not Experience Any Pain, I ve Been Peeing fequantly Also, Can You Tell Me What Might Be Going On?

I really appreciate your concern, such pain may not be due to any disease but this could be due to some muscular spasm and this may be due to poor posture, try to maintain good posture, for the pain "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg" can be taken, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
