What Causes Pain In Left Side Of Stomach On Movement?

i have a medium pain that is on my left side of my stomach, it started about 24 hours ago and has become a bit worse now, it is a sharp pain that only hurts when i do something, im fine sitting still, it doesnt hirt when i touch it, what should i do and what is it?
