Many causes for pain abdomen like small bowl infection or muscle spasm or renal colic etc. Use tablet Cyclopam twice a day after liquid diet for two days. If symptoms not improved please get it done ultrasound abdomen and review with reports or consult with your surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.
