What Causes Pain In Left Side Of Upper Abdomen?

Hi yes I ve been suffering with a pain or niggle not sure how to describe it really but it is like a knawing deep feeling located left upper abdomen around the edge of the ribcage deeper though!!! I ve had an endoscopy and nothing detected... Symptoms similar to an ulser severe at times almost unbearable.

Pain in the left side of upper abdomen can be due to following organs:
1. Spleen
2. Colon
3. Kidney
Get evaluated by a Surgeon to know what exactly it is due to.
