What Causes Pain In Left Side Of Upper Chest Area Along With Fatigue?

I have a topical sharp pain on the upper chest on left side near collar bone , doesn t feel like its behind bone just on top, but what really worry s me now is i feel very fatigued and nervous, very tired and a bit depressed, not short of breath, body feels like i havent had sleep for days

Dear.first u should mention urs age and sex.heart disease r more common in old age.now we have to differtiate whther this pain is muscular or due to heart disese.hear pain increase on exertion.associated with sweating radiate to left arm.more generlized . pressure like feeling.heavyness in the chest if these r postive then next step is ecg and for muscular pain aymtoms r different it is localized not radiating .local tenderness is present if this is positive take tablet ultrcet or any painkiller it will be releived
