What Causes Pain In Left Temple While Bending/laying Down?

I have had a pain in my left temple region for three or four days now. It is not always causing me pain. Only when I bend down, press the top of my head (or the left side, near the temple,) and when I lay down on my left side--which relates back to the second reason. I am just wondering what might be the issue? I am a law-student and I am very busy all the time (I am pretty stressed.)

These symptoms are typically seen in acute inflammation of the sinuses. This symptoms is seen in frontal sinusitis. The confirmation of diagnosis is by clinical examination and by radiological tests like X rays or CT scan.
The treatment of the condition is by the use of antibiotics and antiinflammatory drugs.
