What Causes Pain In Left Testicle After Bowel Movement?

I am feeling pain in my left side of my scrotum sometimes after I poop. It usually happens when it in for a while. Other sites say that it maybe an std or sti, but I have never had sex before. I have masturbated and fingered myself with soap and water occasionally in the butt, but that s it. Is it the soap that s causing this

1. It could be enlargement of prostate,diverticulitis, infection of testis [epididymitis], hernia, or kidney stone but without proper history and examination a possible diagnosis can't be confirmed thus see a urologist who will order blood tests,urinalysis, x-rays or possibly scans to make a diagnosis and treatment.

2. till then: rest down lying with scrotum elevated
. apply ice pack to the painful area
. take pain and anti inflammatory medications [ibuprofen]
. practice safe sex.
