What Causes Pain In Left Testicle And Thick Yellowish Semen Discharge?

I have pain in my left testicle for the past 3 or 4 days and my cum had been yellowish when it Used to be more whitish and thicker don t have much money at the moment to have it checked out any advice? BTW it hurts when I touch it from the back of my left testicle not so much the front

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have gone through your description and what you could be having is infection of testis and epididymis called 'epididymo-orchitis'.
You need to take a course of antibiotics like levofloxacin.
Also, you need to take anti-inflammatory analgesic medications like ibuprofen.
Drink good quantity of water and keep yourself well hydrated.
Kindly give scrotal support and abstain from sexual activities till the infection subsides completely.
