What Causes Pain In Left Testis Post Ejaculation?

Dear Sir/Ma'am
I have a problem with my left testes.The problem is;after ejaculation I get pain in my left testes and some times after urine there comes some blood.Plz guide me what might be the problem and from where in Lahore I can get it treated?I want to mention that my age is 20,height 170cm,weight 73kg.

Welcome to health care magic.

1.The history suggest most possible cause could be varicocele - dilated venous channel which could give the above symptoms.
2.In this case i would request to get an ultrasound examination done, the ultrasound will help to evaluate the varicocele - with the help of valsalva maneuver the venous channels are measured.
3.This need to be treated as in future can be possibility for infertility.
4.At the same time the scan would detect presence of any infective / inflammatory changes.
5.Suggest to see any surgeon in Lahore and get the needful investigations and treatment accordingly. Good luck.
