What Causes Pain In Leg And Hip To Which Polio Was Affected?

I'm looking for a dr. who treats and knows about post polio in las vegas, nv. I am 63yrs. old, 5'1'' am 116lbs. Had polio when I was a child on right side, foot,leg and hip was effected. Last surgery was when I was 14 yrs.old. Got better very healthy, excercised alot. Now I've gone backwards, am in pain am looking for a dr. who knows about this condition., please help.
