What Causes Pain In Leg, Pelvic Joints And Stiff Calf Muscles While Walking?

When i walk for 50 or 100 meters i start getting pain near Right leg, palvis joint & lower calf muscles becomes stiff. If i wait than for 5 minutes i can again walk normal for 50 to 100 meters. MRI was done & according to Dr. L4 & L5 is pressing blood vessel & needs surgery. In the mean time you can occasionaly take( if you need to walk a lot) GABANTIP AT100 & ELACT MR two times in a day & ROZO-D once in night
Please suggest is it okay & safe.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
You might be having PIVD, this is a disc disease where protrusion of disc leads to pressure and compression on nerves which causes severe pain on attempt to move or even at rest.

You should continue with these medicines and you should go for physiotherapy
Surgery is inevitable if it's a long standing problem and you have unbearable pain.

Have faith in your doctor, Do let me know if you any more doubts I will be happy to help you
Best wishes
