What Causes Pain In Leg Without Injury?

I m a 66 year old female with pain from bend in left leg down front of leg. I have not not fallen etc. Pain is very bad when walking or on my feet for any length of time. I have artificial right hip band have had disc fusion in my neck. Do you think this should go away on its own? It has been about 2 weeks.

it can be related to hip surgery. not related to cervical disc fusion. another probability deep vein thrombosis. avoid standing for ma long time. can use crepe bandage. consult orthopaedic surgeon for fresh review of case.
