What Causes Pain In Legs And Neck While On Lipitor?

I began taking 40 mg Lipitor on Monday.Today, Thursday, I have a lot of pain in the muscles leading from the base of the neck outward toward shoulders. No shoulder pain, per se.My thihs and legs also have pain. Is this a reaction to the Lipitor? Thank you

For muscular pain in legs and neck you can take some pain killer with muscle relaxants like dan-mr or osteonac-th. Take some calcium supplements also. Apply crepe bandage for pain relief if possible. Do hot water fomentation over affected area.
