Sir my name is Ali I m 15 yr old boy frm pakistan. My problem is that frm the age of 12 i masturbated alot and now I have stopped this habit but I am feeling very pain in m legs and I can't stand for more than hour, A inch is added to my height when I wake up from bed but at end of day i get tired. plz tell me which vitamin or mineral defiecncy i am suffering....
