What Causes Pain In Legs And Tremble In Hands?

i'm 40 yrs.old female,5feet 4inches,72kg.married with 3 daughters,1 daughter died 2days after birth with dandy walker & other problems my youngest 7months old 2normal & last 2 with c.section,i had getational diabetes in last pregnancy ,my father was diabetic also.i've swollen disc my right leg sometime have pain,now sometimes when anxious my hands tremble,moreover i want another baby,is it safe at this age & with these problems?
