What Causes Pain In Legs During Sleep?

hello i am 23 yrs old, i am notising from fews days that whenever i go to sleep in night thr is a lot of pain in my legs. i am so scared of it, because m just 23. Plz tell me why it is happening and what r the solutions for this, i dont do any hard work also. Plz resolve dis .
