What Causes Pain In Legs With Imbalance In The Body?

I am 50year old with good health and weight. My problem is when I stand up after sitting even 5 minutes I have a lot of pain in my legs and hard to balance myself. This symptom stays only for one minutes and when I start walking it goes always. I am wondering what is this.
