What Causes Pain In Limbs,swollen Throat And Stomach Upset?

I have aching limbs (most noticeably a sort of shooting pain in my shoulder), a headache, I am unable to sleep no matter what I try. My throat is slightly swollen, I have an upset stomach, and despite being in a warm room i feel cold...What could this be and what could I do? thanks
