What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen Along With Gassy Stomach?

Hi, Recently I have been having an increased pain in my right lower abdomen. It radiates to my flank on the right side. I have been passing an unusual amounts of hard gas. It feel like constant pressure on my right side. Its seems to be getting worse not better. I had surgery a couple years ago to remove a dermoid cyst. Not sure what could be causing this? Thanks, Tish

Welcome to HCM.
I can assure you that your symptoms are not associated with dermoid cyst excision.
This are due to poor digestion mainly..
Take some probiotics and pancreatic enzyme complex ..
If doesnot subside,do an usg whole abdomen and consult your phgsician..
