What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen Along With Reduced WBC Count?

First hosp. 10/3/15 severe G.I. bleed found bleeding stomach ulcer. 2 days later heart went into V-tac found no reason. Sent me home after one week with no test at all on bleed or V-tac. 1 1/2 days later back in tele said I had pneumonia and sepsis sent me home after 2 days. One week later back in ICU with WBC 58.4 found no reason. Kidney hurt all the time. Kept me two days and sent me home again After 17 days in hosp in Oct. still have no answer as to what is wrong. Have no energy very weak and still have had NO test at all other then X-Ray on chest. So dehydrated unable to get I.V or pick line put in central line with no sedative can t do that again with no sedative.

I really appreciate your concern, if it is no symptoms right now then why to worry in absence of symptoms you should not go for any treatments some time it becomes difficult to diagnosed the case because nothing positive comes in testing and clinical findings I would advise you to just take this easy if you are doing well, hope this information helps.
