Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Having pain in the lower right stomach area and lower back area, no fever, no sickness from stomach, very tender to the touch, hurts to put on a shirt when touching the stomach skin, I do sit long periods at computer and then to lean over. Feels like a just did a 100 sit-ups, not sure if this is a more serious medical problem?
Your symptoms could be related to a disc herniation in the thoracic or vertebral spine, causing skin hypersensitivity in this region. I recommend consulting with a neurologist for a physical exam and performing a thoracic and lumbar spine MRI.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
