Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

This type of sharp pain may be due to spasm, appendicitis or bilateral kidney stones etc but it needs to be examined by surgeon with medical history and some specific tests to have a confirmed diagnosis.

You should undergo routine blood investigations with x- ray abdomen and ultrasound abdomen first to make a diagnosis.

Treatment will be based on underlying cause otherwise you can symptomatic treatment till that.

Meanwhile you can take antacids like pantoprazole 40 mg and pain killers like diclofenac with antispasmodics available over the counter.

So in my advice you should see general surgeon to get examined and diagnosed so that proper treatment can be planned.

Regards,
