What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen And Erectile Dysfunction?

Hi how you doing for the past 2 months or so i have been experiencing pain in my lower abdominal area and also have not been able to maintain an erection at all. As a result i saw a urologist who at first thought the problem was my kidneys but on december 23 she performed a procedure to view my kidnies and there was no problem but she noticed scar tissue my urethra and she claimed she removed it. But i still feel the same pain and am sexualy impotent is this because i have to heal properly or could something else be wrong i admitt i am very ignorant with medical knowledge so i am sorry if i did not make it clear any help with this would be greatly appreciated becsuse it is making me very depressed. Thanks.
