Hello, Nausea is a feature of early pregnancy and usually subsides as the pregnancy advances. Cramping pain can occur during very early pregnancy as the tubes propel the fertilized ovum into the uterus for implantation. Pulling pain can also occur later on, especially if this is your first pregnancy, as the uterus enlarges and pulls along with it the supporting ligaments. Apart from this, pain in lower abdomen can also occur if there is any urinary infection/ bowel infection. Fever is not an accompaniment of pregnancy, but, there is a persistent rise in the body temperature up to half-a-degree above normal. Hope this helps.
