What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen And Soreness In Lower Back?

hi I have pain in the lower part of my stomache and my lower back is very sore.I have had this now for 7 days.it started off with my stomache realy hurting for the first 4 days and then it went to my back .Any ideas what it could be and do I need to make an appointment to see some one.thank you jane

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having renal colic giving this problem.
Go for routine urine check up for urinary tract infection or renal stones.
After report go for treatment accordingly.
Meanwhile give antispasmodic medicine like Meftal spas or Cyclopam as needed.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
